Account deletion and erasure

Delete from your account

Signed-in learners can delete their account from Settings. The current implementation immediately anonymises the account, revokes active sessions, and removes current user-owned profile, onboarding, device, MFA, and personalisation data.

Your receipt

On completion, Settings shows an opaque receipt ID. Keep its link: it can confirm completed erasure for 30 days without retaining your identity.

Important limits

There is no grace period, cancellation flow, or deletion-confirmation email in the current product flow. If you cannot access your account or need help with a separate privacy request, contact privacy@onimisera.com.
